The delivery is managed by the Swiss Post office which ensures a secure shipment of the goods. The delivery fees are set by the Swiss Post price list (depending on the weight, the size of the package and the destination). The order will usually be delivered within 3 to 5 working days after payment has been received.

For the purchases over 100 CHF, delivery throughout all the Swiss territory is free of charge.

You can pay with VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and invoice (only for Swiss customers and must be settled within 10 days of delivery). After confirming an order, an invoice will be sent to your e-mail, which is recommended to be paid within 2 working days. The order will be sent out once the payment has been received.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 have gone by after you have received your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with the original tag and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over CHF 65, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)
